Galliani defends Huntelaar exit

ROME (AFP) - AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani defended the club's decision to sell Holland striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar to Schalke 04, claiming that whatever they do, someone is always unhappy.

both had to make way for the arrivals of Swedish star Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Brazilian Robinho but Galliani doesn't believe he will regret letting the two centre-forwards leave.
"It's the same old discussion when we buy players it's a mistake and when we sell them it's a mistake," he told reporters.
"Let's be clear about this, Huntelaar is a good player, he's a central striker but we've chosen Ibrahimovic for that role and hence he's left.
"Two have gone, Huntelaar and Borriello and Minnesota Vikings jersey
I wish them well because they're two excellent players who will do well with Schalke and Roma.
"And two have arrived. I've done what the coach (Massimiliano Allegri) wanted. He wanted one wide striker more and a central striker less.
"And I, who am always at the coach's service, gave him what he wanted."

Ronaldinho and Pato now on the club's books, some are wondering how they will all fit into the same team.
But Galliani says that's not his problem.
"The players are ready to play, now it's up to Allegri to decide whether to play with four, three, two, one or none of them."
