Thursday, January 29, 2009 -- The rumor mill is churning and it looks like wide receiver Amani Toomer, a 13-year NFL vet who has spent his entire career with the New York Giants, might not be back next year. He’s not soccer jerseys
retiring. Toomer wants to go to another team
In 190 career games, Toomer has 668 catches for 9,497 yards and 54 touchdowns. He’s averaged 14.2 yards per catch. Toomer, who is 34-years-old, stands six-foot-three and weighs 203 pounds. The take on him is that he is an intelligent player with fine hands and great instincts. Toomer has very good separation, good straight-line speed and is especially effective on short and Soccer jerseys
intermediate routes. He’s willing to go over the middle as he possesses good toughness and a strong desire to win. He can make catches in a crowd and is amazingly consistent.
This season, Toomer was unhappy with the dwindling role he played on the Giants. After Toomer had a fine performance versus the NHL Jerseys
Washington Redskins in week 13, he saw much less action and was thrown to very little the rest of the season.
Toomer’s contract expires at the end of NHL jerseys
February, and he is definitely interested in seeing if he can get a good offer from another club. The wideout feels like the Giants simply don’t want him. Concerning his lack of Ugg Boots
