The Kansas City Chiefs brought in a new general manager, a new head, a new quarterback and a new system for the 2009-10 football pick season and went 4-12. The Chiefs drafted Eric Berry a highly touted safety out of the University of Tennessee, who has been regarded as the best NFL Picks prospect in over a decade at the position.
